I heard that eating too much spinach could cause kidney stones. Is this true? I did see it on TV after all.
Thank You.

Hi Behzad,
I eat 4 pounds of spinach every week and I don’t have any problems.
If you eat a predominantly healthy diet and drink plenty of good clean water, you should be fine.
Have a great day!
