I make them thanks to a seminar I attended (where you spoke) and I love them too! They taste very healthy and I know that I’m getting a good serving of veggies and fruit. Thanks!

I have been under a great deal of stress lately and I started to notice the physical manifestations of it. I knew something bigger was going on in my body than what I could see and feel. I started reading about hormones, the adrenals, thyroid and digestive system and how they all work together to keep our bodies strong and healthy. Every website, article and book I read spoke of green smoothies. I figured that must be my sign. I landed on your site and you helped me understand exactly how to make a delicious smoothie.
I made one this morning with spinach, kale, apple, banana, strawberries, blue berries, flaxseed and coconut oils. It is delicious! Thanks for your videos. I will check in often and share the site.
