Right on, Lauren.
Another great movie is The Future of Food.

I enjoyed the movie. Thanks for sending it to me. I am the Building Better Health Captain at my job and this will help me with some ideas. Fast foods are so convenient and terrible for your health. If more and more people were aware and made better choices then these companies would be more apt to supply us with better choices. Thank you.

I enjoyed the movie for the mere fact that I actually FELT his pain. I really believed he was going to have a heart attack towards the end….he’s got a lot of detoxing to do. Which reminds me, there’s this pretty cool website I found that has a lot to do with HEALTHY eating, haha. It’s called Chef’s Diet. They prepare low carb/high protein meals and deliver them to your door. Chefs Diet is giving away a free month of nutritionally balanced meals whose ingredients are at the peak of freshness, plus a consultation with the premier doctor of nutrition at Chefs Diet. Check it out at http://www.myChefsDiet.com!

I have a book to recommend that’s the opposite of Supersize Me. It’s called “Looking Good Naked” and it’s about healthy living to look your best. I think that could be useful to us all.
