I was wondering if it could be possible that I may be allergic to gluten and now know it? Also what are some symptoms that you get after eating gluten?

Hi, would you change your wording a bit to avoid confusion. What you're talking about is not allergies, but sensitivities, or intolerance. It is impossible to have a true allergy and not be aware of it. Thanks

Avoiding wheat and gluten will definitely help you lose weight.
Cut it from your diet and see how your body reacts.

I'm not a fan of acid reflux medication. Much of the time the pain is caused by not having enough acid in the stomach... not too much.

One thing you can try adding to your arsenal is digestive enzymes. Most people have a huge problem digesting their food properly, which can lead to stomach pain. Digestive enzymes help beak down the food that you eat, so you can absorb and utilize the nutrients that they contain.
I know many experts who state that everybody needs to take digestive enzymes in our modern world.

Last Summer I had my gallbladder removed. Since then I've had many stomach problems. Last week I went to my family doctor, she did blood test which came back normal. I'm happy about the results, however my stomach still hursts. Feels like I'm having another gallbladder attack. I was placed on an acid reflux medicine, I don't feel like I have acid reflux. My friend suggested that I may have an allergy to wheat and gluten. Do you have any solutions? I'm also 70lbsoverweight. Thanks in advance, Carshena

Thanks for the video - Green smoothies have also saved my life. I think it's important to acknowledge Victoria Boutenko when talking about green smoothies. She is the person who researched greens and the power of blending them and she gave this information for us all to share.

I have taken ages to recover from the flu, had muscle aches and pains and was generally feeling blah.
First thing I cut down on was drinking tea and eating white bread. I replaced sugar with stevia, take apple cider vinegar in the morning and during the day, juice from lemons.

It's working and at the age of 72, am aware of the HUGE benefits of an alkaline diet in reducing the chances of cancer.

Excellent tutorial. Many good points were stated.
The "How To" video Demonstration worked perfectly after I realized I started on the bottom and not the pointed top.
after using the knofe as shown, I used the cleaver at the 45 degree angle and it opened as the video shows.
Easy to walk on water when you know where the stones are.
Thanks Steffy Sue and Whole Foods

Hi Shay,
In the above article, the paragraph that mentions tapioca syrup is a quote from mercola.com.
I did a little research and it seems that tapioca syrup goes through a similar process as high fructose corn syrup.
The difference is this: all high fructose corn syrup is derived from genetically modified corn.
It seems that tapioca syrup is similar to Agave syrup.
Most are extremely bad, but there are a couple of natural organic minimally processed varieties available that are a better choice.
I'm not sure which type of tapioca syrup juice plus uses in their chewables.
I hope this helps. :-)

Hi, great article. I have a question about "tapioca syrup." It is the first ingredient in juice plus chewables for children and I was wondering if it was safe? Your article lists it under the other names for HFCS. Thanks, -Shay
