Delicious Antioxidant Powerhouse Salad

A light salad that makes a great side. It has a bit of a sweet taste so you choose your main carefully so as to not clash flavors. This recipe is very rich in antioxidants.


Two cups of mixed greens – This can be, rocket, cos lettuce, basil leaves, mint leaves etc.

Half a cup of mixed berries

Quarter of a cup of pecan nuts

Half a cup of cherry tomatoes


One juiced lime

A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Half a teaspoon of honey

A tablespoon of oil – hemp seed, olive, avocado – what ever you prefer

Double these ingredients if you like more dressing
